Donor-Focused Fundraising: Lessons from Prometheus-Leirin Tuki Ry’s Breakthrough Campaign

Prometheus-Leirin Tuki Ry launched a fundraising campaign at the beginning of summer to expand its operations and address the growing demand for its coming-of-age camps. The campaign, initiated through the iRaiser platform in collaboration with Ahjo Communications, set an initial goal of raising 10,000 euros. This target was significantly exceeded, with the campaign ultimately raising 14,000 euros. The campaign has since been nominated for Fundraising Campaign of the Year at the Finnish Comms Awards.

The presentation will share key insights from the organization’s first large-scale fundraising effort, highlighting the importance of solid background data, strong digital expertise, and how to have the donor in mind when executing a successful campaign.
